This temporary page provides a download link to the information needed for our meeting on the 16th.

The information is presented as a zip archive, a common format sometimes called a compressed folder. Any modern computer should allow you to open this easily and extract the contents to a folder of your choice.

Here's what to do:

1. Download the zip archive from this link. Save it to your desktop, or other folder as you prefer.
• It can be helpful to create a new folder somewhere convenient. I often create a new subfolder on my desktop.
2. On your computer, Right-click the archive ("Bids2016") and choose "Extract all"
3. Open the Notes for Board Members document and follow the instructions there.
